Försäljning
Som vanligt har vi naturligtvis avsatt tid för försäljning av div. grodor och grodrelaterade saker. Då det är lite tight med plats gäller det att vara med i startgropen om man vill ha bord.

Försäljningsregler
RicardH kommer att vara djurskyddskontrollant på groddagen.
Här nedan är de villkor som Jordbruksverket har satt upp för dispensen från L80 under groddagen. Det är alltså dessa punkter som Ricard kommer kolla att alla säljare följer. För att det ska bli en alltigenom trevlig dag för alla så ber vi dig som säljare att noga följa detta. Gör man det inte kommer man bli tvungen att plocka bort sina grodor.
• Underskrivet överlåtelsedokument med vetenskapligt namn, födelsedatum (om känt), datum för överlåtelse, uppfödarens och/eller säljarens namn, säljarens namn och adress, köparens namn och adress, ska medfölja varje såld individ.

• Skötselinfo ska erbjudas att medfölja köpt groda (köparen kan naturligtvis välja att inte ta ett faktabladblad).

• Endast fångenskapsuppfödda och friska grodor får säljas eller tas med till groddagen.
• Förvaringsburkarna får endast ha insyn från en sida eller taket (semitransparenta burkar är ej tillåtna). Volymen ska vara minst 1,5 dl. Grodan ska kunna vända sig utan problem. Burken ska innehålla fuktigt material, typ fuktigt hushållspapper eller Sphagnum-mossa och ha lämplig ventilation. Om lufthål görs med en spik eller liknande är det viktigt att dessa trycks inifrån och ut så att inga vassa kanter skapas inuti behållaren.
• Man får inte skaka burken eller knacka på den för att visa djuret.
• Stressade djur ska tas bort från borden och ställas undan.
• Djuren ska hållas en och en i förvaringsbehållare och får inte tas ur behållaren under groddagen.
• Som försäljare är man tvungen att informera köpare om huruvida djuret omfattas av rådets förordning (EG) nr 338/97. Alla pilgiftgrodor och mantellor finns upptagna på Bilaga B till förordningen.

Regulations for handling of animals at SDS frogdays.
Sales can only be done inside the sales area.
Only frogs and reptiles are allowed to sell.
Only captive bred animals and animals that show no sign of illness are permitted in the sales area.
The seller are obligated to present information on the care of the animal.
At the sale the seller is obligated to present a signed transfer document with the following data:
Scientific name, the animal birth date (if known), date of transfer and name of the breeder, seller and buyer with addresses. If the breeders name cannot be presented this have to be explained.
The animal should be sexed before the show to avoid further stress during the show.
Animals that are obviously stressed should be removed from the table and be placed so they are not under stress from the visitors etc. The same goes for all sold animals until the new owner leaves the sales area, in other words ? its not premitted to walk around with bought animals. To stress animals by shaking the container/terrarium is forbidden.
The animals should be contained so they cannot escape. The container should show the scientific name of the animal.
The animals should be transported and sold in the same container if possible except during repacking.
Reptiles and frogs must be kept solitary.
The container should only allow view from one side or the lid.
The container should have a minimum of 150 cm3 (1,5 dl) ? count width x depth x height)
The containers shortest side should equal 1,5 times the animals length for lizards and amphibians. 0,3 times total length for snakes and 2 times the shell length for turtles.
The animals should be able to turn around without problems and rest in a normal body position. The height should be adjusted to the size and behaviour of the species.
The container should provide an interior that give the animal safe spots, and allow transport, and the bottom material customed to the species in question.
Cleaning of the container must be done if needed.
Humidity and temperature in the container should be customed to the species. The ambient temperature will be adapted to the need and will be around 21-27°C.
At each sales table with species whos temperature requirements departs from the ambient temperature must have equipment to gauge the temperature.
Semi aquatic species should be kept on moist bottom material. Aquatic species must be kept in water. If the species needs access to water and/or food during the Expo the seller must provide water and/or food.
Violations against the above regulations will be dealt with accordingly.
Persons whom not respect the regulations will be rejected from the sales area at once.
