This Autumn's Frog Day will take place at House of Possibilitas in Hisings Backa, Gothenburg on Saturday, October 24, 2026. As always, there will be both sales and presentations. Mark your calendar now!

House of Possibilitas is located in Hisings Backa, Gothenburg, just about 25 minutes from Gothenburg Central Station by public transport.

08.30-10.00 EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN

10.00 DOORS OPEN AND FROG DAY BEGINS!
We welcome everyone to our major autumn Frog Day event!

10.00-12.00 SALES
Here you can buy frogs, plants, lights, misting nozzles, pumps, fans, vitamins, books, and everything else you need for your terrarium and its inhabitants. Don't forget to reserve a table if you are planning to sell! As an SDS member, you can reserve one table free of charge, after which additional tables cost SEK 100 each. Table reservations will be made through terrariedjur.se and will open shortly.

12.00-13.30 LUNCH
A break giving everyone time to have lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. Feel free to join a group of fellow frog enthusiasts!

However, the frog gathering does not end here! Anyone who would like to continue is welcome to visit Emanuel Andreasson to see his collection of frogs and terrariums. Afterwards, those of us who still aren't tired will go out for dinner together and continue talking about frogs, terrariums, live food cultures, and plants throughout the evening. You are warmly welcome to join us, whether you are completely new to the society or have been a member for many years!

ADMISSION
Frog Day is an activity organized by the Swedish Dendrobatid Society and requires membership. Membership is valid for the calendar year and costs SEK 250 for an individual membership or SEK 350 for a family membership, and it only takes a minute to join. You can become a member on-site, but our treasurer would greatly appreciate it if the membership fee is paid before the Frog Day. TABLE RESERVATION
Anyone wishing to sell frogs, plants, equipment, etc. must reserve a table. A link to the reservation form will be available shortly.

PRICE: The first table is free for members. Additional tables cost SEK 100 per table.

PRICE FOR BUSINESSES: The business itself, or one of the people behind the business, can become a member of the society (SEK 250 membership fee) and then pays the member price for tables (first table free, additional tables SEK 100 each).

GETTING HERE
Frog Day takes place at House of Possibilitas in Hisings Backa, Gothenburg. From Brunnsparken (Gothenburg's central public transport hub, just a short walk from the Central Station), it takes only 13 minutes by bus (Route 18 towards Backa, getting off at the Balladgatan stop), followed by a 6-minute walk (450 m). Using the Västtrafik To Go app, it only takes a minute to purchase a valid ticket using Swish.

If you are driving, there are often opportunities to carpool with other members to save on fuel costs while enjoying pleasant company on the journey. Feel free to post on the forum if you have spare seats in your car or are looking for a ride.
