A new revision of the kinship between pythoner and Boas slightly change the things and we are going to turn us to the new names.

Among the quite well known species in the terrarium hobby has been given new surnames and each subspecies is elevated to autonomous species.

The new species we must accustom ourselves to is: Boa imperator-this is according to this study genetically different from Boa constrictor-and in other words, we are talking no longer under arts bastards in the hobby, but on the other hand, since the vast majority of hybrids so saves on taxis etc Boas in the terrarium hobby today is a wonderful mix of King Boas from all sorts of sites.

Sanzinia volontany has been elevated to separate species-it was formerly a fairly new subspecies of Sanzinia madagascariensis. Both were to be found in the hobby.

Family changes: Leiopython lowered and the species formerly in the genus be included in the genus Liasis Bothrochilus Apodora lowered and be included in the future-in other words, Liasis papuana Morelia bredli, limited to carinata, spilota and viridis-the rest of the former species assigned to the genus Simalia revaliderede. It will say that the following species now called Simalia to first name: Simalia amethistina, Simalia boeleni, clastolepis, Simalia Simalia king horni, Simalia nauta, Simalia oenpelliensis and Simalia tracyae.

In addition, it has netpython and timorpython once again got a new family name. They have been given the name Malayopython-this names a part ballad, as it is based on the timor and net adskillder it from the other species in the genus Python-which we have shown in some years, but the dear Raymond Hoser gave too soon some years ago (2004) these snakes family name Broghammerus, the problem was simply that he named the genus in its own journal, without any form of reading from others and without living up to the requirements of ICZN (the International Commission for Zoological Nomenclature)-Raymond has since 2000 named nearly 600 new species, genera, etc., subject to the maximum period of unscientific basis and meetings in those times a lot of resistance. Most leaning toward completely reject his names and they will, therefore, be regarded as being without validity.

There will be enough the next year to calm a if the dispute between the parties in this matter and hopefully will take the right decision ICZN and reject the Raymonds many names-but it must sometimes show-until then I would certainly argue that we should use Malayopython for net and timorpython.
